Trust
Every morning and evening when we walk into the school to drop the kids off or pick them up, P holds my hand and walks blindly around. She'll look all different directions including backward while I hold her hand and lead us to wherever we're going. It struck me the other day as we were walking into the school. I thought, "Wow. How amazing is it that she loves and trusts me enough to let me take her hand and lead her and she doesn't worry or fret or even look ahead because she trusts me enough to lead her to our destination safely."

Bedroom Makeover
The husband and I have been hard at work of the past few days. We spent 2 days completely tearing out our bathroom and replacing everything. Lighting, mirror, sink, faucet, medicine cabinet, flooring, and paint! It took 2 days but it looks amazing. I'll post pictures later in another post. We also switched rooms with the girls to give them more room so in switching rooms, I wanted a room make over. I'm ecstatic! It is so beautiful that I never want to leave! The paint is "Tiffany Blue" as in the Tiffany Co boxes. Love! We painted, took down all beds, reassembled the beds, and switched rooms in one day. Like I said, we've been busy!

Wardrobe Make Over
Before I go on, I should probably tell you that this post is going to make me look completely conceited because it has tons of pictures of me, me, me. I'm not conceited, I swear. I'm just super beyond excited to finally get new clothes that fit me great and don't look like I'm drowning in them! Since dropping 7 dress sizes, there really wasn't much of choice but to get new clothes. I donated all of my old ones and have been shopping here and there. My goal was to start dressing nicer and less like that of a 16 year old. I am 25 after all!
I feel all fashionista-ish at times. Ha! I feel amazing though. I'm so glad that we took this journey to be fit. It feels amazing to be able to run without keeling over!

Cars 2 Birthday Party
Bubba had a great birthday! We took the kids out to Chuck E Cheese for dinner on his birthday and we all had a blast. His party was Sunday and it was a packed house as usual. I have to tell you about his birthday present though. We usually get the kids one present only and it's whatever they ask for (within reason). With Sissy she wanted her ears pierced, with S she wanted a camera, and with Bubba he wanted this giant fire truck we seen in the store one day. They had tons of these things. So 4 days before his birthday I go to buy one and guess what? No fire truck at all. So I go to the next store and none! I had a mini crisis here. It was all this kid had talked about. I ended up driving all over town going to 8 different stores and couldn't find one even remotely close and barely even any fire trucks at all! I came home and put out an APB on FB and had tons of my friends searching for one. We ended up finding one online at Kmart and available for pick up the next day so I snatched that baby up! Needless to say, we had one happy little boy and it was so worth all the frantic searching!
Kneading the red into that homemade marshmallow fondant and making this cake took forever, in case you were wondering. So glad I don't have anymore cakes to make until S' birthday in August!
Yep, totally worth it!

Happy 4th Birthday to Our Son!
Bubba, today you are four years old! I cannot believe it because it honestly feels like you just turned 3! You've turned into such a little character and are so funny! You love to tell jokes and make people laugh. And you also love to make up silly stories!
You are in your first year of preschool and love it. You also have your first "girlfriend", a girl named Jordyn and she is a twin. You are absolutely smitten with her and it's so funny!
You are roughly 38 pounds and wear size 4t and wear size 9 shoes.
You love to eat and would never stop if we didn't put a limit on it!
You love Cars 2 and firefighters and firetrucks at the moment. And all hot wheels.
You are a dramatic kid, too! I think you get that from me but I'll never tell!
You are such a Daddy's boy that sometimes you'll come to me out of the blue and start crying because you want your daddy home to play with you when he has to work. It's so adorable and heartbreaking at the same time! But, you are still a mama's boy too.
